 As a family the SENFSG has been such a useful and helpful charity to us offering help support and guidance over the last nineteen years, We came across them when another parent told us about them and the help that they had received all those years ago. They have supported me and my family over the last 19 years with guidance on how to navigate the benefit system, school exclusions, independent living and budgeting advice. Also helping three of my sons gain the benefits and support that they are entitled to.

Marsha and her team have been incredible.

The charity helped me get my sons diagnosed got them their statements of educational needs and enabled all three of them to attend schools that could better support their needs.

They still provide to this day, guidance and support to one of my sons as he lives semi independently near to the family home. SENFSG also supported my youngest son getting back into school when he was absent for two years. He was diagnosed with learning difficulties and school Phobia. This support has been ongoing for both of my sons since they were 13 years old until the current day. I keep in touch with the charity as there help and support and guidance has been invailiable over the many years that i have known them. It is amazing to think that the SENFSG is still here not only supporting individuals but also giving advice to other charities who need it.

Even through the more recent Covid pandemic. They work at a grass roots catching those people that are very vulnerable and that fall through the statutory services net for whatever reason. SENFSG Are just incredible  they offer practical advice, guidance and support for those that for any reason cannot access the statutory services that are on offer.
